1. Purpose

The Members Module centralizes user directory management across your workspace and individual projects. It enables administrators to manage who can access the system, assign team roles, and control permission levels.

2. How It Works

Each user invited to CoBuild Manager is assigned a Global Role (e.g. Super Admin, Project Manager, Member, or Auditor) as well as project-specific permissions. When a member logs in, the platform dynamically displays features, financial buttons, and edit actions based on their assigned role in the active project.

3. How It Helps

  • Prevents Unauthorized Access: Keeps financial ledgers and sensitive project documents secure.
  • Clear Team Hierarchy: Ensures team members see only the tools and data relevant to their responsibilities.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Easily search, contact, and delegate tasks to team members.
