Overview

The General Settings panel allows administrators to configure workspace-wide identity properties, regional localization, default currencies, and branding options.

Configurable Preferences

  1. Company & Workspace Name: Update the official business or organization title shown across report headers and automated notifications.
  2. Default Currency: Set the primary currency (e.g. USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), BDT (৳)) used for project financial calculations and reports.
  3. Time Zone & Fiscal Year: Select your operational time zone and fiscal start month to align financial reporting cycles.
  4. Company Logo & Branding: Upload your company logo to customize exported PDF reports, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

How to Update General Settings

Open Settings

From the main sidebar navigation, select Workspace Settings -> General.

Modify Fields

Update company details, logo, currency, or time zone.

Save Changes

Click Save General Preferences.
