1. Purpose
The Gantt Charts & Schedule Module provides a visual timeline of your project’s milestones, work packages, and critical path activities—helping teams stay on schedule and identify delays early.

2. How It Works
Tasks, milestones, and work package deadlines are displayed chronologically on a Gantt timeline chart. Users can adjust dates using interactive controls, link dependent tasks (e.g. Foundation poured before Framing begins), and monitor percentage completion progress bars.3. How It Helps
- Visual Schedule Tracking: Instantly spot overlapping tasks, critical path bottlenecks, and upcoming deadlines.
- Dependency Management: Prevents premature work scheduling before predecessor milestones are complete.
- Integrated Milestone Progress: Progress bars automatically update as work package deliverables are signed off.
