1. Purpose

The Files Module serves as a secure, centralized repository for all project documentation—including architectural blueprints, legal contracts, site inspection photos, and vendor invoices.

2. How It Works

Files uploaded anywhere in CoBuild Manager (such as receipts attached to expenses or contracts attached to purchase orders) are automatically indexed into the central Files Module. Files can be organized into custom folders, tagged by project, and previewed directly inside your browser.

3. How It Helps

  • Eliminates Lost Documents: All site photos, blueprints, and invoices remain organized in one accessible location.
  • Instant Document Previews: View PDF invoices or site images in app without downloading external files.
  • Secure File Sharing: Share documents safely with contractors and client representatives.
