1. Purpose
The Properties Module manages individual real estate assets, building units, apartment plots, or commercial spaces associated with a project—tracking unit ownership, installment payment schedules, and outstanding dues.

2. How It Works
Each property unit is cataloged with its unit number, owner/buyer contact details, total purchase value, and payment plan schedule. When an owner pays an installment, the transaction is logged under the property unit record, automatically recalculating remaining dues.3. How It Helps
- Complete Unit Ledger: Instantly view payment history and remaining balance for any property unit.
- Automated Dues Tracking: Flag overdue installment payments and send automated payment reminder statements.
- Integrated Income Accounting: Property payment collections automatically feed into project income ledgers.
